we do have a great diversity in the club. the owner prefers skinny white girls but that won’t affect your chances of them hiring you. you don’t even have to be good at the pole anymore to be accepted here.
we have a good diversity here. Peter typically prefers skinny white girls. but we have everything you can think of here. I would say we probably need more black girls..
they are very picky about the kind of girls they hire. you MUST know some pole tricks. that being said, regardless of what kind of girls they hire, San Diego likes SKINNY white or hispanic girls so if that’s not you than you’re better off dancing somewhere else.
hiring manager only has a type, WHITE. maybe asian after that. sucks bc it is a decent club, it could so much better if they hired a wider variety. he needs to get his head out his culo & think about what the customers like, not what he likes
