Im black w skinny bbl tattoos got hired for nights. same w my friend. White/latina majority some black girls. Idk if they sm racist when it comes to hiring, i think prefer slim or bodies w work
Racism is very rampant in the hiring here. There were more nights than I could count where I worked without seeing a single black dancer. Black dancers are expected to be on 10 while there are some dancers with unbrushed hair and no makeup on.

veryyyyy Latina, a lot of bbl, very botched Miami vibes but also a lot of skinny white women. did not see much else outside of those two demographics. some tattoo girls, didn’t see many black dancers honestly. don’t think there is much standard at this club they have like 60+ girls a night no joke
More diverse than doll house but prefer bbl bodies or skinny white girls.
