Yes, just try to make the shifts with the manager you're hired on. So if you get hired by a day shift manager and want to work nights, you need to work day shift with them and then ask to work with a different manager.

Free-form schedule. Arrange it with manager beforehand when you talk in.

Stage Audition

NO, not usually, although some managers might ask you to try the kinetic (spinning) poles out to determine if you would like to work with this equipment or not. Spinning poles aren't for everyone.
