In my time there, manager Josh would tell seemingly all the Black dancers the same rude and hateful stuff. Often right as we came in to work, before we even had a chance to do anything wrong. This behavior going unchecked was the reason I left and never went back.

club can be very slow on certain days. sometimes Thursdays and Fridays as well as the weekend can be a great night when it picks up later. bedroom dances are included and vips. not much stage tipping but the rooms are where the money is. managers can be sketchy and rude.
