They are very picky when it comes to an audition and will hurt your feelings. It’s not a stage audition, the manger has you put on 2piece and he watches you walk up and down the locker room. Mainly only hires skinny very petite girls.. there’s a few thick girls but they’ve been there for years. Very...
they are very racist they don’t hire black girls and you have to be really skinny
the whole franchise is racist. from the managers to the district managers. doesn’t cared about employees, friend of mine was assaulted and nothing was done. just run from anything PT’s/ Ricks Cabaret related
so this club use to be way better when it was owned by someone else, but ever since ricks bought out the club it has gone down hill, they definitely favor very skinny girls.

safest club in Louisville
3 stages, only one has a pole (it’s static)
You don’t need a license. came in too late the first day and had to come back to meet w/ the director the next day. more focus on floorwork preferred. you get one song and just strip down to pasties and underwear, they take your ID and social and give you orientation. worked same night.
3 stages 1 pole
