the owner has implemented a really messed up pay structure that allows him to make more money off dancers. it’s already a slow club and how much is taken from us in dances doesn’t help.

I have never in my life had to split a bag with a bottle service girl before and you have to at this place if the bottle service girls decide to dance in your section too. And management hides behind the few dancers that like them. There is also no money.
