$150 needs to be made before you receive a dollar, then you only get 50/50, and they expect you to tip 7 people $1 per dance (VIP counts as 5). So for the first 1-5 free dances you do, that you probably don't get tipped on, you are expected to tip 7 people on top of that INCLUDING MANAGERS. You tip DJ and security, which is normal, then both bartenders and management, who would sometimes pull up last minute just to collect tips.

The worst club I've ever worked at in my life. Management is all around horrible and chooses favorites. They allow sexual harassment and will fire for no reason simply if they don't like you. Managers fuck the staff, girls are rude as fuck, super unsafe clientele that try and do the most, no cameras anywhere, no one watches VIPs. Overall the worst club experience ever — broke rapey clients, gross girls fucking for $50.
