body diversity is great, alt dancer friendly for sure, but i do not think the racial divide of the club at all reflects the diversity of the city. the few Black dancers they have don't seem to ever appear in their marketing or as "girl of the month".

tbh they have been doing a lot better in the diversity department by hiring more girls. they hired me for extra diversity because i’m mixed and check off a lot of customers boxes, the customers have been talking to me about how there is something for everyone here and i agree

Management sucks. they will drain you of all the money you make
Rarley see black girls here, the closest ones are the mixed girls . while your auditioning , 3 customers have to come up to tip you and get told yes by the manager to get hired . Dayshift is dead don’t even bother. they let Ricky and lucky (regulars) sexually assault dancers bc they are big spenders...
doesn’t want dark skin girls
auditions are pretty simple just 2 songs and you must be fully nude after the 2nd song . the staff has changed for the better good and it’s actually better now .
money is hit or miss
if you audition during the day the day time manager will only hire you for day shift so audition at night where you have the option to work both. Day manager also keeps are credit card tips even if customer wants the money to go to the dancer. Do not recommend working with her for many reasons.
