Confusing and ever-changing according to what the owner feels like will work. E.g. tipping dollars change rates and have been abolished and bought back within weeks. Owner has 0 clue what he's doing and will treat/speak about girls horrifically. His friend, who was a "silent partner," also used to frequently interrupt paid VIP dances and sexually assault the clientele and girls; this only stopped after 2+ years, when I worked there. They also charge $20+ entry even if the club electricity is out and there are leaks all through the club. And on top of that, the cuts for doubles dances are confusing and whack.
