Dancer cut
You can set your own price for anything. Floor dances are $10 minimum, dancer gets to keep all of the floor dances. Sold mine for $20 no problem.
VIP
$5 from each song goes to the house. Some girls charge $30 but I charged $50 without much push back. They charge for each song, so if you're putting your shoes on after the lap dance, ask the customer to step out so you don't get charged for that time.
House Fee
$10 before 9, $20 after 9.
Other
I tipped security after every dance, and the DJ at the end of every night. I tipped the bartender during the night and, on weekends when I made more, at the end of the night. She gave me a hard time — wanted to charge me for fountain drinks and charged me for shots of water because the bar has a 2 drink minimum — but after I tipped her fat one night she bought me a shot and started to warm up to me.

Come in during the day, ask for audition, usually audition that day and get hired. One dancer walked in about 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon, talked to a manager and was dancing by 5.
