Pay & fees

Other
No lap dances because of DC law. Room based club with very little stage money. Dancer cut is 40% of rooms before taxes (usually ends up being closer to 25-30% of room price). All room commissions are taxed, and you're only able to request up to half your payout in a cash advance; most of it will go on your paycheck and direct deposit into your bank account biweekly. It is also expected that you tip hosts (security) from your payout.

Auditions

Licensing Permit
No.
Stage Audition
Easy audition, dress to impress with makeup and nails looking good. You apply for employment through their website. When you are contacted via email for an audition, you will audition with the house mom and a manager. Auditions take place in a VIP room and are full-nude. If you are hired you will be asked to fill out the employment paperwork, and then you may either be asked to work that night or to come back the following week for your first shift.

It is advertised as a white club but there are MORE different races and different body shapes than the skinny white girl look they tend to show more of.

I worked here in October 2023. I don’t recommend this club. First of all you’re an employee in DC not an independent contractor. That means they take up to 70% of everything you make, and you have to work a set schedule minimum four days a week and a full 8 hour shift where you come in as soon as th...

Pre-covid: management coerced me into signing a very questionable, probably illegal, contract; they wouldn't let me return to the floor or take it with me to have it looked over before signing it. The manager Kam (since fired) sexually harassed people and allegedly had them do nude lapdances for him...

even if you have an addition set up, and have three references from other dancers that work there, they might not let you in the door to audition, they only hire a specific look

hands down the worst club I’ve ever worked in. the money is far too little for how much they charge and dancers only get the tiniest cuts of their earned money. staff steals money and you are also expected to give them almost half of what you make every night. hundreds of dollars go missing from you...

I’ve worked here for over a year and I’m sad to report that the management is becoming toxic and disloyal to the dancers. hosts have been stealing money as well.

tallest poles in DC, and additional stage on 2nd floor.

they don’t care about there dancers, they’ll replace you for complaining about harassment.Rude owners and management.
