I've worked one week here (last week of the month) and the money was decent. Weekdays are slow. But this club only offers VIP dances so it only takes 1 person to make your night. They also tip decently on stage. Overall you can definitely make money here without having to do extras or hustle super hard.

Audition Schedule
Open to auditions 24/7. Not required, but can call ahead. (One report: walked in around 11:00pm and the manager let us audition.)
Stage Audition
Yes. The audition consists of you dancing on 2 stages. On the first stage you have to get topless and on the 2nd stage you have to get nude. The manager will consult with the house mom to decide whether you're hired.

impossible to actually get hired at scarletts, country, and diamonds. all owned by the same people, make you sign up for an app to apply, then ignore audition requests and dms. even calling them directly they tell you to use the app and refuse to explain why you get rejected. on the app, they leave...

They had a wide variety of dancers from all races, ages and sizes. They’re tattoo friendly. I’m 5’7, 165 Ibs and I had no issues doing the audition and getting hired. The majority of the dancers are white and Hispanic

As a veteran dancer of a decade and over 200 clubs across the country this is by far the biggest disappointment. this club is beautiful. the staff is nice...the girls are nice ... the gym and house mom are in it to rob you. I love working here, the staff and girls are so friendly, and you always feel safe. Nudity is never required, but is permitted to those who like to do so. Management squashes drama and bs. Top club in the US for the past month.
