the diversity could be better . the days i’ve worked it’s never been many black girls and it’s only been one or 2 black girls working the same day as me. the crowd is mainly hispanic and white but some of them don’t discriminate. i still make good money there
the club is pretty decent but the stage is awkward and small. the poles do spin but they’re so close to ceiling can’t really do any pole work, it’s also no money flow at all. they’re also pretty prejudice. kept getting a lot of comments on being black and I was even told the owner is a little racist...
the poles are incredibly short, I’m 5’2 and I wear 7 inch shoes and I can reach the top of the pole. It’s about two feet wide with a high rail so it’s very hard to do any pole work, and the rail is so high unless they’re sitting at the tip rail no one can see you do floor work.
if you want to work in a place that the girls will go in your bag and steal your dancer wear, then this is the club for you. Management is a joke as is the club
They play with your money. Tell you can work nights then the next week you can’t. Tries to put lots of girls on days but there is no money during dayshift. Mangers are wishy washy. Small club mostly busy on just weekends but still good money on weekdays. Management is nice but specifically Aaron the bouncer is an asshole and the owner won’t do anything about it. Money is good and the girls are nice.
