With the manager always play nice and stay aware you won't have any problems. I don't like that sometimes we are forced to stay late for a "staff meeting". They hire pretty much any body-type, no auditions.

Stage itself is beautiful. There is one rectangular main stage with 2 poles. Adjacent to that is another stage with one pole. All poles are spinning. The only complaint I have is that the actual poles are very short because of the ceiling height. If you like to do a lot of tricks you are limited.
