ive been in the industry for 8 years, accross several states, and ive never worked at a club that didnt allow the waitress to test the pole for grip - after cleaning the entire stage (until my working interview here) .
manager encourages fighting in bathroom, stage is not cleaned often, rooms & dance areas are not sanitized after use. often locker theft and trashy cheap customers who they allow to stay after attempting to abuse you.
