waitresses can dance for customers, they will step on your toes, and ruin your money. imo dancers are the ones that face all the stereotypes and negatives of being a dancer, and they have to invest in outfits, wear heels, and hustle all night. we don’t need anymore odds against us. waitresses should...

Diversity is decent, a lot of Hispanic girlies and some older 40+ dancers as well. They're a little picky when it comes to weight and tattoos, but as long as you're not blacked out head to toe it's usually not an issue

I have been working here for 3+ years. My body type is natural, fit, petite with curves. My money from 2022-2024 was great. I always felt happy to dance, and even if I had a bad night, I would always have a good night after. I was like 1k-2k on a normal weekend night. Some nights would be crazy good...

They will allow you to “audition” and then they will walk away when you get up on stage. they’ve done that to me 3 different times they didn’t even watch me dance on stage and then they obviously told me that I wasn’t hired. I’ve worked here in the past though & they favor dancers who are fat, ugly...

Kevin has been my manager at a different club and still wouldn’t hire me here. He also turned down my Filipino friend and another black friend. Both are amazing dancers and know how to make money. Kevin is just racist, and definitely sets a quota on dark skin dancers and dancers of other races.

I felt really good about my audition here, everyone was nice, but I did not get hired. I asked why and the female manager told me they don’t give feedback they just say yes or no. Audition was a three song topless stage set. must bring a skirt to cover your butt while on the floor

This club is not a beginner’s club, Kevin has strict standards when it comes to the way you dance and he will be able to tell if you’re a baby stripper by the way you move. My friend did not get hired and she’s not a baby stripper at all. They want the girls to be skinny but you need to have a curvy...

i’ve worked here for 2 years now. i started out dancing in nj/philadelphia and this is the cleanest nicest club i’ve worked at SO FAR. however. in the past 2 years the money and management has gone completely downhill. you use to be able to come in for 3 days and make $3-5k no problem, now i’m liter...

I have been working at this club for 2+ years. Diamond does have strict policies with auditions, you need to bring your all and make sure you are dressed and prepared accordingly. management has changed over the past two years, Kevin is now the General manager. With that, he has been more strict wit...

been working at Diamond for about a year now & though this club is great, it’s not a stage money club, the club has only 4 stages with no poles the only pole is for after hours on the weekends. It’s more of I sit and talk for an hour and then sell dances/vips. Most girls are nice & mind their own bu...
