98% hispanic girls here who don’t speak any english. I’ve worked here for a few months now and have maybe seen 5 black girls and 3 other white girls.
i walk in saying i have an audition through the pole position app and the door lady fully looks me up and down and asks me if i was sure i got accepted, she shooed me away to the waiting area after i showed her i actually got accepted.
when doing dances either on floor which is 10$ or vip which is 20$ you don’t have to tip out to managers , all you pay is 10$ to dj , house fee which ranges to 0$-70$ depending on the time you clock in. they are rascist to black woman , and managers are perverts , not only that they are money hungry...
