They hire anyone pretty much if they’re hiring though.
this club has a lot of older dancers over the age of 35. A racist owner and a few other girls. You're always wrong no matter the circumstances just because you're a person of color or you’re a black women with an attitude. Staff won’t address any issues, you will have to hear it through the grapevin...
uncomfortable as the only black dancer, you will make less money than non black dancers regardless of talent. Most dancers there are older and are rude and critical to newer dancers.
This club is the most accepting to anyone’s ethnicity, personality, and even style!
auditioned, got to pick a song. got hired stayed the afternoon. management and some of the older girls were very weird and gave bad vibe. a small club regulars came for old dancers. an okay starter club. wouldn’t recommend for black new dancers
Didn’t stay the night. It was slow with patrons hanging around the bar. No one tipped me during my audition and didn’t like the vibe.
