I don’t know what managements issue was with me getting hired here. maybe I showed up too late. you can’t get hired same day. they have a LOT of girls so I assume occupancy issues. they have to have 3 managers look at you and they might call you back in an amount of days. then you have to try again....
do not bother if ur darkskinned femme or cis black woman. they don’t have any women darker than a paper bag on their staff and I wasn’t even offered a stage audition. I was basically rushed in and out and could tell the manager was disinterested. if your alt and/or tattooed, you will make money.
There needs to be more diversity and less favoritism for passing people, but overall very great at diversity inclusion
