Sometimes you have to walk on eggshells around them, they favour certain dancers (always the ones that have been there for 10+ years). make sure you come before New Year’s Eve because they’re shutting down for good!
I was also told to leave for not working enough, even though they hired me as an independent contractor and said I could come in whenever I wanted and gave no warning that we were expected to come in more. Totally fucked me over and really disappointing because otherwise I enjoyed working there.
usually a great club to work at. good earring potential. be aware tho, I started working less (went down to maybe about 5 days a month) and they told me I wasn’t welcome back anymore and to try again in a couple months. know your expectations when you work there so you don’t get a surprise probation...
it’s $20 house fee for freelancing anytime you also have the option to go on their schedule and earn a schedule fee
you need to sign in with both djs upon arrival to book shows
